These Terms and Conditions govern your use of LayrKit products and website. By purchasing, downloading, or using LayrKit products, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Digital Product Delivery

All products are digital downloads delivered electronically via Shopify. No physical products are shipped.

License

• Each purchase grants a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

• You may use LayrKit products for personal projects or client projects.

• You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make products available to third parties.

• Agencies or teams must purchase separate licenses for each user.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Uploading files to public file-sharing platforms.

• Claiming LayrKit products as original work.

• Circumventing Shopify’s delivery or licensing protections.

Consequences of Misuse

Violations may result in:

• Termination of your license.

• Revocation of product access without refund.

• Legal action under Florida and U.S. law.

• Claims for damages due to unauthorized distribution.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. International users agree to comply with Florida jurisdiction.

Delivery and Downloads

Each purchase entitles you to one download of the files you bought. You are responsible for downloading promptly and keeping your own backup copy. LayrKit does not store, restore, or re-issue purchased files. If you lose your files for any reason, including device failure or accidental deletion, you will need to purchase the product again.

Immediate Access and Cancellation

By completing a purchase you request immediate access to the digital files and expressly acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to cancel or withdraw once the download becomes available. This applies to all customers, including those in the European Union and United Kingdom where a 14-day withdrawal right would otherwise apply to digital content. Once a file has been successfully downloaded, delivery is complete.

Results and Compatibility

Presets and LUTs are starting points applied to your own photos and footage. Results vary with your source material, exposure and lighting, and adjustment after applying is normal and expected. Minor differences between software versions are not defects. Camera format and software requirements are stated on each product page; it is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchasing.

Limitation of Liability

LayrKit's total liability for any claim arising from a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. LayrKit is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost work, lost time, or lost income.
