All sales are final

LayrKit products are digital files delivered by instant download. Because they cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final.

Try before you buy

We publish a genuinely free pack — 5 Lightroom presets and 11 Log conversion LUTs, taken from the paid packs and not watered down. Use it to confirm quality, compatibility and workflow on your own files before spending anything.

Immediate access and your right to cancel

By completing your purchase you request immediate access to the files and expressly acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to cancel or withdraw once the download becomes available. This applies to all customers, including those in the EU and UK where a 14-day withdrawal right would otherwise apply to digital content.

One purchase, one download

Each purchase entitles you to one download of the files you bought. Download promptly and keep your own backup. LayrKit does not store, restore or re-issue purchased files. If you lose them — device failure, deleted folder, or an unused link — you will need to purchase again.

When we do refund

Non-delivery: your download never became available and we cannot deliver it. Corrupt or unusable file: the file we delivered cannot be opened and we cannot supply a working replacement. Duplicate charge: the same product charged twice.

If a file downloaded successfully, delivery is complete and the purchase is not refundable.

When we do not refund

Change of mind. The look not being what you expected — presets and LUTs are starting points and results vary with your source files. Software, device or camera format incompatibility, where requirements are stated on the product page. Losing, deleting or failing to back up your files. Buying the wrong Log format — check your camera before purchasing. Any breach of the licence, including sharing or reselling files.

How to request

Email contact@layrkit.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. We reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we will provide the payment provider with delivery and download records. Accounts that charge back after successful delivery may be refused future purchases.

Licence violations

Sharing, redistributing or reselling LayrKit files terminates your licence immediately and without refund.
